DESCRIPTION:It’s time to level up!\nIt’s the greatest preasure to announce that Ayla (my longest acro partner) is co-teaching thing workshop to share all her knowledge and insights with you! I still consider her one of the best teachers out there. \nThis workshop is all about advanced dynamics & statics and how to level up your understanding of skills and techniques \nAfter\, you will be stronger in your positions\, throw more precise\, know when to initiate movements and catch/land softer. \nThe workshop takes place in Zirkus Paletti\, Mannheim\, a big circus gym\, with plenty of space\, mats\, longes and everything else an acrobat needs. You can also sleep in the gym (little extra costs). \n\nThe focus is on mastering technique and enhancing acrobatic skills through precision\, with an emphasis on breaking down complex tricks and harnessing dynamic energy. \nExpect to explore both foundational and advanced elements\, tailored to your individual skill levels. From solid tempo basics to advanced flips\, every participant will find challenges and growth opportunities. \nRecognizing the diversity in skill levels\, the workshops will offer modifications and progressions\, ensuring a tailored experience for all. \n\nTom’s unique approach guarantees a balance between learning and pushing boundaries. \nNo matter if you make this workshop about learning new tricks or finally taking these tricks out of lines\, we’ll have the time and equipment for it! \n\nContent: \n\nPerfecting your tempos\nHow to take tricks out of lines (courbet & cascades)\nHandspring\, Back tuck\, front tuck\, pitch cascade\, half turn cascade\,…\nadvanced statics\ndrills drills & drills\nspotting dynamic tricks\n\n\nPre-Requisites: (performed easily without spotter or crash mats) \n\ncourbet & cascade in longe 9/10/ready to take out of lines (because thats the first thing we will do)\npodshedshka\npitch (regular and half turn)\n\n\nSign ups only in duos!!!  \nSingles\, subscribe to the waiting list\, and I will try my best to find you a matching partner. \n\nPrices: \n\nearly bird: 120 € \nlazy bird: 140 € \n\nsleeping in the gym: 15 € \n(both nights) \n\nI try to make my acrobatic workshop accessible to everyone\, who wants to join\, regardless of their economic background.\nIf you are able to pay more\, you contribute to the social pricing system and help others to afford the workshop. \nsliding scale: \n– 100+ %: you can donate to support others \n– 100 %: normal ticket price \n– Social price: you can use the promo codes „social10“ or „social20“ to get some discount on your ticket. \n\n\n      \n        \n      \n    \nSchedule: \nFriday: arrival from 19:30 on\, after free training\nSaturday: 10:00 – 13:00 & 14:30 – 17:30\nSunday: 10:00 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 17:00\, after tidying up \n\nLocation/sleeping/food \n\nWe can sleep in the gym (bring your own mattress\, sleeping bag etc.) \nThere is no food provided\, but we can order/go our for dinner \nThere is cutlery and a little kitchen to prep food\,but we can’t cook in there.
