Alongside technical work\, you’ll explore fun and challenging tricks with variations adapted to your level. \nThe day begins with a specific warm-up to prepare the body and ends with a guided cool-down to support recovery. \nWorkshop Content\n\nStep-by-step guidance into standing H2H and F2H\nEntrances and exits to H2H and F2H (L-base and standing)\nTechnique for lifting\, throwing\, and safe spotting\nFun and challenging partner tricks\nIndividual handstand work and specific power training\nPositioning\, timing\, and technique refinement\n\nPrerequisites\n\nL-base H2H\nTraining standing H2H (approx. 50% success rate)\nStable standing on shoulders\n\nIf you’re unsure whether the workshop suits you\, feel free to message me. \nSchedule\n10:00 – 13:00\n14:00 – 17:00 \nAbout Tom\nTom is a professional circus artist and teacher specializing in hand-to-hand and standing acrobatics.\nHis training started in Dutch acrobatics\, expanded with Ukrainian technique\, and was refined under the guidance of experienced international coaches including Jim & Det\, Wybren Wouda (ACAPA/Codarts)\, and Slava Kukuskin (Kiev\, Moscow\, ESAC). \nOriginally from Bavaria\, Tom discovered acrobatics at 18 while studying chemical engineering.
