DESCRIPTION:Dynamic Acro 101 – Zürich\n\nNovember 28 – 29\, 2026\n\nThis workshop is all about building strong dynamic acrobatics from the ground up – with a focus on clean tempos\, efficient rotation\, confident catching and safe spotting. \nYou’ll leave with a better understanding of how to create power\, how to initiate rotation\, how to catch dynamically\, and how to break complex skills down into trainable steps. \nThe focus is on understanding the mechanics behind dynamics instead of simply throwing bigger tricks.
