DESCRIPTION:H2H Workshop Netherlands – Utrecht\nDecember 12–13\, 2026\nThis workshop is all about building strong Hand to Hand foundations and taking the first steps into dynamic acrobatics. \nWe’ll work on improving your H2H technique\, making your positions cleaner and more efficient\, and understanding the mechanics behind some of the classic partner acrobatics skills. \nFrom there\, we’ll use clear progressions and lots of drills to work towards skills like Podshedshka\, Pitch and tempos\, before moving into the basics of dynamic acrobatics. \nA big focus of the weekend will be on how to build skills step by step. Instead of simply trying the final trick\, we’ll break movements down\, find useful exercises and learn how to progress safely and efficiently. \nThe workshop is aimed at intermediate acrobats who already have a standing H2H and F2H foundation and want to improve their technique\, expand their trick vocabulary and start exploring dynamics. \nTom’s teaching style combines clear technical explanations\, lots of drills and individual feedback. The goal is not only to learn new skills\, but also to understand how to continue working on them independently after the workshop. \nWorkshop Content\n\nH2H technique & clean basics\nImproving positions and balance\nProgressions for Podshedshka\nProgressions for Pitch\nH2H & F2H tempos\nIntroduction to dynamic acrobatics\nCourbet\nCascades\n180° mini dynamics\nHow to build up new skills step by step\nSpotting techniques\nDrills\, drills… and more drills\nIndividual feedback and troubleshooting\nSpace for wishes and specific trick requests\n\nPre-requisites\nYou should be comfortable with: \n\nStanding Hand to Hand\nStanding Foot to Hand\n\nDo I need to register with a partner?\nRegistering with a partner is strongly recommended. \nWorking with the same partner throughout the weekend makes it much easier to develop timing\, apply corrections and progress through the different exercises.
