This workshop is all about solid Hand to Hand and Foot to Hand technique — from clean basics to tempos, dynamics and fun tricks.
We’ll work on making your positions more efficient, your entrances and exits cleaner, and your dynamic skills more controlled. A big focus will be on understanding how skills actually work, how to spot them safely, and how to build them up step by step instead of just repeating attempts.
You’ll work with both strong foundations and more challenging variations, from classic H2H and F2H entries and exits to tempos and dynamic elements.
The workshop is aimed at intermediate to advanced acrobats, with different progressions and variations so everyone can train at an appropriate level.
Tom’s teaching style combines clear technical explanations, lots of drills and individual feedback with enough space to play, experiment and push your level.
Whether you want to clean up skills you already have, learn new tricks, understand dynamics better, or become more independent in your training, we’ll have the time and space to work on it.
You should be comfortable with:
The workshop is intermediate–advanced, so you should already have a solid foundation in standing partner acrobatics.
Registering with a partner is strongly recommended, but not mandatory.
If you join solo, be prepared to actively connect and train with other participants during the workshop.
I want this workshop to stay accessible to everyone, regardless of financial background.
If you can pay a bit more, you help support others who need a reduced price.
