What to expect:

Prerequisites:

  • 10 sec standing H2H & F2H (no step)
  • Podshedshka to 2-high
  • Pitch to hip catch
  • Push or tempo to long-arm H2H or F2H (no holding)

What to expect:

  • refinde h2h & f2h technique
  • pitch & podshedshka
  • foundations of tempos
  • start of high level statics
  • courbet & cascade

Prerequisites:

  • Tempos in H2H & F2H (no release)
  • Pitch F2H
  • Knot
  • Podshedshka H2H
  • Courbet & cascade in longe

What to expect:

  • improve tempos
  • one arms and knots
  • tricks beyond courbet & cascade
  • intro to saltos
  • taking tricks out of lines

Prerequisites:

  • Tempos H2H & F2H (with release)
  • One-arm H2H 3 sec
  • Courbet and/or cascade with spotters

Prerequisites:

  • perfect courbet & cascade
  • advanced dynamic skills
  • one arm tricks and shapes
  • high level statics


Food

If 6 hours of hard training force you to consume food, we have you covered!

Paul is the mvp of Acromania since 5 years! He is a trained chef, with more than 10 years experience, specialized in cheffing retreats, coachings & sports events.
